Karl von Drais (KVD) is a modern premium bike store with three locations in the Frankfurt Rhein-Main area, offering high-end bicycles in a sleek, contemporary setting—almost like an Apple Store, but for bike enthusiasts. This modern approach needed to be reflected in the career portal that K&R developed for KVD. The goal was to create an engaging platform that appeals to bike mechanics, mechatronics experts, and service staff alike.
By incorporating authentic team photos and an emotional employer branding video, we captured the store’s dynamic work culture, ensuring that potential employees could experience the KVD atmosphere from the very first step of the application process.
To create a genuine employer branding experience, we conducted a brand shoot featuring KVD employees, providing an authentic glimpse into their daily work.
