You develop & create creative concepts and designs for our customers and projects, ensure sophisticated design, are not satisfied with the first one and never lose the claim to produce creative excellence.
Distinctive affinity for design & creation: You are not only a “creative person”, as many people like to write in your applications, but you also implement something like that! You don't necessarily have to study design, but you should have a visual eye and basic aesthetic understanding to be able to distinguish ugly from beautiful. You should also have the will and motivation to produce things that look good and impress.
First experience in working with digital design programs such as Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign, Sketch or Figma: We will provide you with a MacBook Pro and, of course, all licenses for the corresponding software.
Independent thinking & personal responsibility: You won't be missing out on digital tools. You will receive our assistance in familiarizing yourself with the programs, we will show you shortcuts, hacks & tricks. Nevertheless, you should be able to solve things & problems independently and even overcome an obstacle on your own. Giving up quickly has never gotten anyone far.
Think out of the box: You have no problem developing unusual ideas and concepts and dare to express them as well.
*In view of the current situation, home office is no problem for us and can definitely be implemented. However, working remotely is not our first choice from a personal point of view. In advertising, we thrive on communication, rapid communication and social interaction when it comes to collaboration. Good projects and team spirit are created on site or at joint parties (if they are allowed again;)) In our spacious office space (with a beautiful terrace), we round off the week with our famous happy hour. In summer, we also fire up the grill or thanks to the proximity to the harbour park — chill out with the team at the ECB.
