Unfortunately, we do not offer internships for students.
The minimum duration for an internship is 3 months.
Start date: from September 2022

Your Tasks

In this versatile position, you will support the team in day-to-day business and take care of administrative tasks that keep the office and work processes running. You keep track of to-dos and appointments and are largely responsible for communication with customers and partners. Your field of activity ranges from bookkeeping to organizing events and business trips.

  • Create and send invoices and organize accounting documents
  • Take on simple accounting activities and ensure communication with payroll
  • Make organizational calls (e.g. insurance, customer inquiries, reservations)
  • Plan and coordinate events, including communication with guests and partners
  • Maintain customer relationships and take on customer service tasks, e.g. tracking deliveries
  • Management and organization of appointments for management
  • General organizational tasks, such as errands and completing orders

Your Profile

Organizational talent with attention to detail

You always have an overview, even when there are many things happening at the same time. Structured and careful work is a matter of course for you.

Experience in administrative tasks

You have already gained initial experience in office organization and administration. Ideally, you have basic accounting and invoice preparation skills.

Strong communication skills and service orientation

You enjoy getting in touch with customers, partners and colleagues. You communicate in a friendly, professional and solution-oriented manner.

Independent and proactive work

You can take on and complete tasks on your own responsibility, think along and contribute your own ideas to improve work processes.

Flexibility and reliability

You are prepared to familiarise yourself with various tasks and adapt flexibly to the requirements of day-to-day business. Reliability and discretion go without saying for you.
